The threshold for investment opportunities is for projects with a minimum IRR of 25%+. We believe that the biggest opportunities are for projects aimed at the local market (residential, commercial, retail and industrial) and there is growing demand and and need for better quality assets to meet local demand due to increased affluence and economic growth. We are focused on projects that have clear demand (and credit/financing for potential buyers), good locations for our chosen market segments, have clear ability to obtain planning in good timescales and are fully funded to ensure delivery to time and potential cost escalations.
